What the Ancestors Actually Ask For

Remembered accurately

Ancestral work has been sold as candles and cloth. Those matter, but they are the outer layer.

What the lineage asks for is accuracy — that you tell the truth about who they were, including what they broke.

Start here

  • Name five ancestors out loud.
  • Learn one fact about each that is not flattering.
  • Decide what stops with you.

That last line is the whole practice. A lineage heals when one generation refuses to pass the wound forward.
