The Discipline Behind the Magic

Mastery is not a mood. It is a schedule kept in the dark, long before anyone claps.

The Discipline Behind the Magic

Mastery is a schedule

Most people want the vision without the vigil. They want the download, the sign, the sudden knowing — and they want it on a Tuesday afternoon between meetings.

Real practice is quieter than that.

The altar does not care how you feel. It cares whether you showed up.

Three commitments

  • Sit at the same hour, even when nothing happens.
  • Write down what you receive, especially when it seems small.
  • Serve someone with what you learn within seven days.

The magic is downstream of the discipline. Build the container first, and the current will find it.
